External Memory Drive
Well, after a year of downloading sprees my 60GB external memory drive is almost full. I was thinking about moving the videos/music on my external drive over to my laptop's hard drive. The problem with that plan is that my laptop only has 45GB left... and my videos/music take up 40GB. I don't think it's such a good plan to leave my laptop with only 5GB of memory

Hopefully I'll be able to go out shopping with my dad for a new external drive sometime soon. He said that he'd be willing to charge the cost to his business if he got to keep my old one. I'll need that extra memory for all the downloading I plan to do before I leave for Katimavik. No wireless internet or downloading will be rough to cope with for the first few months.


Host Club anime
A few days ago I found out the voice actors for the English dub of Ouran High School Host Club. If you're not sure which voice actors were chosen:

All I can say right now is ughhhh. One thing about Funimation that frustrates me is how they manage to recycle the same voice actors over and over again for the lead roles in all of the anime that they get the rights to.

I mean, I have no problems with the voice actors themselves... they're good at what they do. I'm just not sure that their voices are right for the characters.

Despite the fact that I'm not thrilled with Funimations choices, I'll probably end up buying the DVDs anyways... since I love the series so much. Oh the things I do as a fan TT^TT


Other Series
Recently I've started watching two new anime series: xxxHOLIC and Rahxephon.

I started watching xxxHOLIC after seeing the clips in the Youtube video for the Host Club voice actors. The clips amused me and I'd seen quite a bit of advertising for the series around the internet, so I figured I check it out. I've watched about 6 episodes so far and I've liked it. The characters make me laugh and the plot is different from other animes I've seen. I watched a few episodes of the English dub and I don't mind their voices. Maybe if I like the entire plot and ending, I'll think about getting it at CN Anime.

As for Rahxephon, I kept seeing clips of in in AMVs. I was able to figure out the series name not too long ago and decided to see what the plot was like. After reading a few summaries I downloaded a few eps. Even though there are mecha aspects to the anime, it doesn't 'feel' like it's a mecha anime. The plot is deep with lots of twists and alternate reality aspects that I love, so it has really kept me entertained and wanting to know what's going to happen next (even if the episode doesn't end in a cliff hanger).

The other day I read some reviews for Rahxephon, all of them good. Of course it's been compared to Evangelion for its' mecha aspects. It's also been said that Rahxephon is how Evangelion should have been, or Rahxephon is Evangelion done right. That comes as a surprise to me since Evagelion is considered such a classic, but it also gives me a good outlook to the Rahxephon series. I'm only on episode 9, but I have a feeling that I'll definitely be buying this series at CN Anime.

You guys have to start watching these series so I can have someone to talk with about them *__*


Eclipse and the Twilight Movie
I'm on my 3rd round of reading Eclipse and I'm just as drawn into the story as I was the first time reading it. I will never get tired of reading this series~

The 2nd Twilight Teaser Trailer has been out for a bit now, and it's gotten me hyped up for the movie yet again. I can't wait for a full theatre lenght trailer!!!
